Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Giang

Co-founder/Partner of Leaders and Culture, NEWING Company

Ms. Minh Giang was born and raised in her formative years in the sunny and windy region of Central Vietnam, in Quang Ngai province, where she developed and nurtured the qualities of a diligent individual with a consistently positive outlook in the face of life’s challenges.

Moving to Ho Chi Minh City, Ms. Minh Giang quickly encountered a turning point in her life when she joined the Navigos Group and spent three years as a Search and Selection Specialist, recruiting and selecting talent for the company in Vietnam. Since then, she has shown enthusiasm and passion for connecting teams by actively participating in “Building Corporate Culture” activities and events as part of the Culture Committee at Navigos.

Over the next twelve years, Ms. Minh Giang continuously transformed and “refreshed” herself, her experience, and her leadership skills by consistently introducing new initiatives aimed at creating value for Mekong Capital and the companies in its investment portfolio. Under her guidance, the Talent & Culture team has become the cornerstone of building and practicing the “Best Employee Experience,” from recruitment, training, and development, to team bonding activities and corporate culture development. Additionally, she accompanies the companies in Mekong Capital’s portfolio as a COACH AND CONSULTANT, contributing to the development of high-level leadership capabilities on an individual level and fostering team trust by transforming communication methods to unlock new possibilities in Business Cultural Transformation.

Ms. Minh Giang is currently the Chief People & Culture Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Mekong Capital.

Together with other co-founders of NEWING, on the upcoming journey, Ms. Minh Giang carries the goal of: “Doing the best things to unleash the potential of the Vietnamese people.”
