Ho Chi Minh City, July 9, 2025 – Southeast Asia’s Premier Forum & Exhibition on Innovation – InnoEx 2025 was officially announced, marking the strategic development of one of Southeast Asia’s leading events on technology, investment, and new industry growth models.
InnoEx is an annual international event on innovation, technology and sustainable development, organized by HCMC Young Businesspeople Association (YBA), the Business Startup Support Center (BSSC), and Investment and Business Partners (IBP)) coordination organization, under the auspices of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, along with the Support from Departments, Boards and branches, and accompanied by many international organizations, technology corporations and global innovation networks.
In 2025, Startup Wheel will once again join forces with InnoEx, continuing its role as a highlight of Southeast Asia’s most influential innovation forum—InnoEx 2025. The event’s signature Startup Pitch session will feature more than 100 top-tier startups from various countries, showcasing bold ideas, disruptive technologies, and entrepreneurial talent on a global scale.
After more than a decade of accompanying the innovation ecosystem, InnoEx, after two years of repositioning, has become the practical connecting platform between business, technology, and innovative growth in the region. The event attracts thousands of businesses, investors, experts, research institutes, and support organizations, while creating conditions for innovative models and initiatives to be introduced, tested, and expanded into the market.
In particular, in 2025, InnoEx will also be honored to become one of the dialogue channels within the framework of the Vietnam Private Economic Forum, in coordination with the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association to receive initiatives and suggestions from the private business community and international organizations, to contribute to the process of building and implementing policies for innovation and private economic development. With this role, InnoEx is not only a place to converge technology and breakthrough business models, but also a space for the business community to share perspectives, propose initiatives and seek solutions to promote competitiveness and sustainable growth in the context of global data – technology – market transformation.
This year’s official theme –“Shaping the Future Economy: From Data to Digital Assets”– reflects a significant shift in growth thinking. As technology reshapes the way we produce, operate, and create value, InnoEx 2025 asks not only what businesses should do with data, but more importantly: Data, processes, people, and brands are important assets that businesses can leverage for sustainable development.

Ms. Truong Ly Hoang Phi, CEO of IBP, Head of InnoEx Organizing Committee, shared.
This theme also connects strongly with The Party’s Four Strategic Resolutions (57, 59, 66, 68), especially in science and technology development, institutional improvement, international integration, and capacity building of private enterprises. InnoEx is also associated with the spirit of Decision No. 1131/QD-TTg dated June 12, 2025, on the list of national strategic technologies and products, including AI, Big Data, Blockchain, digital infrastructure, and platforms to support businesses in digital transformation.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Le Tri Thong– Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Young Entrepreneurs Association (YBA), representative of the organizing unit InnoEx 2025, shared:

InnoEx 2025 will take place on August 21-22 at Thiskyhall Sala, Ho Chi Minh City, with an expected scale of over 30,000 visitors, including 4.000 CEO, founders, 300 domestic and foreign exhibitors, more than 100 special startups from Vietnam and internationally, with 70+ investment funds and financial institutions. Strategically accompanying the event is Qualcomm, the world’s leading semiconductor technology group.
