EZD
EZD is a pioneering online platform dedicated to developing skills and connecting interns with businesses. This platform targets students from their sophomore year to recent graduates, addressing challenges in career orientation and finding quality internships.
EZD offers career orientation tests, an LMS system with specialized courses from experienced lecturers and mentors, and talent development consulting services through PnB Compass. The target market for EZD includes individuals aged 19-25 who are seeking career direction and internship opportunities, as well as businesses in need of quality interns.
Turning an idea into a reality project
The idea for EZD stemmed from the real needs of students and businesses. Currently, many students struggle to find internship environments and job opportunities post-graduation. Meanwhile, businesses also face difficulties in finding interns with suitable skills, especially in the current economic context. They need a platform that supports quick, cost-effective recruitment and helps find and develop quality interns.
The team behind EZD is passionate about contributing to and developing human resources for society. Furthermore, as students ourselves, we deeply understand the desire for connection and job-seeking opportunities among young people.
EZD was established and developed from early 2024, with the goal of creating an innovative learning platform through gamification and the use of AR technology, making learning easier.
Recently, EZD participated in and won first prize at the Young Innovators 2024 competition organized by the University of Economics and Finance. However, after the competition, the team made changes and developed the project into a platform for skill development and connecting interns with businesses. Currently, the team is participating in startup competitions and is in the top 20 of the FLAGUP 2024 startup competition organized by the International University – VNUHCM, and a finalist in the NTTU 2024 Student Innovation and Startup Ideas competition organized by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubator Center of Nguyen Tat Thanh University (NIIC).

- Mr. Dang Ngoc Hau: Founder and CEO of PnB Education, holds an MBA from Solvat Brussels School, Belgium. He has over 12 years of startup business experience and 7 years of market research and consulting for startups & SMEs in Vietnam.
- Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Loi: An internationally renowned expert in Education and Mathematics with over 250 scientific works. He has years of research experience in various countries and collaborates with many large educational and scientific organizations, as well as over 30 institutes and universities worldwide. He is also known for numerous interviews, books, and valuable scientific research contributions to research and training in Vietnam.
