Born and raised in a family with a tradition of working in medicine, Hua Cao Tri is passionate about business. With that passion, he accepted to start as a product display support staff. After three years, he officially worked for an Indonesian corporation as an assistant brand manager, then quickly promoted to the position of supermarket channel sales director and image and business promotion manager of an international fashion brand.
That year, Mr. Hua Cao Tri was only 24 years old. However, he later decided to leave behind the position and salary that many people dreamed of at that time, and saved everything he had to pay for a master’s degree in marketing in Australia. With the belief that through effort, perseverance and hard work, the result of that “trade-off” is a master’s degree and a stable job with an income of more than 10,000 USD/month in this country.
However, he confided: “Somewhere inside me, I still feel that Australia is not the place I belong to, not the place to realize my youthful ambitions”. Once again, he “decided” to “trade-off” a peaceful life with his relatives because at that time his family had settled in Australia, returned to Vietnam alone, joined a food production company with a salary of 1,000 USD/month to nurture a business plan.
Three months later, with close associates, Mr. Hua Cao Tri co-founded Anco Family Food Joint Stock Company (AFF) to realize the ambition of creating products that bring added value to the livestock and agricultural industry in Vietnam, which have always been sold at low prices.
After 5 years with high consensus and determination, believing in the vision and mission chosen, he and his associates have built AFF from an initial capital of 40 billion VND to now have a revenue of nearly 500 billion VND, more than 1,000 employees with 2 processing factories to meet the increasing needs of consumers.

And in particular, after 5 years as the leader of AFF Company with the main field of sterilized sausages, the young businessman Mr. Hua and his colleagues decided to build the AFF 2 factory, specializing in the production of Te Te rice cakes, using only domestic rice that meets standards with the desire to support and accompany farmers to increase the value of agricultural products.
It can be said that Mr. Hua Cao Tri is a young businessman full of passion for the agricultural industry in general and processed foods in particular. Dare to give up a high-paying job abroad to return to build a career in his homeland, showing that he is confident in his own abilities.
