Ms. Minh Giang is an expert in the fields of leadership development, transformation, and organizational change management. With 12 years of experience at Mekong Capital, she served as Partner of Talent and Culture from early 2020 to the end of 2022 and was a member of the company’s investment proposal committee.
Mekong Capital is known for its transformative impact and value creation for the companies it invests in. During her tenure, she guided, advised, and accompanied the development processes to achieve outstanding business results and rapid expansion for organizations such as The Gioi Di Đong, F88, Pharmacity, and Nhat Tin Logistic. Throughout her career, she has worked with over 30 companies invested in by Mekong Capital and has assisted numerous professionals, including senior managers, executives, and individuals seeking professional and personal development.
She is the Founder and Director of Culture and Leadership Development at NEWING, committed to supporting leaders on their journey to realize their company’s vision. She is also a member of the Executive Council and Strategic Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Women Leaders and Entrepreneurs Association (HAWEE) and a member of the Advisory Board for Leadership and Culture Development at PNJ, Tan Hiep Phat Group, and EQuest Education Group.
