Ms. Le Thi Thanh Lam is Vice President of HAWEE HCMC Business Women Association, Vice President of the Southern National Startup Supporting and Advisory Council, Former Deputy General Director of Saigon Foods.

Ms. Le Thi Thanh Lam has over 35 years of experience in food processing and business. She has been responsible for many important departments such as domestic business, product research and development, external communications, and human resource development. In just 6 years since discovering Mentoring, She has mentored hundreds of Mentees, some of whom are successful Start-ups and owners of well-known businesses.

She has contributed to various mentoring organizations in multiple roles, including founding advisor of the Southern Startup Advisory Club Mentoring; founding advisor of the Sài Gòn Food Mentoring Club; advisor of the HAWEE Mentoring Club; advisor of the PNJP Mentoring Program; senior mentor of SME Mentoring 1on1; and mentor of the Co4Growth organization.

She has published her books including “Người thả diều” (2017), “Người dẫn chuyện” (2020). “Người cố vấn – Mentoring – Những cuộc hôn nhân có bảo hành” is her heartfelt creation, in which she dedicates her time to sharing with readers what she knows and has experienced.
