Mr. Ly Dinh Quan is Director of SONGHAN Incubator, Vice Chairman of the National Innovation and Startup Advisory Council, and Chairman of the Da Nang City Culinary Culture Association.

As an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience leading businesses and organizing professional associations in senior positions, Mr. Quan has made significant contributions to developing the national innovation, startup ecosystem, and other incubation activities.
